Drava (Koroška reach)

Drava (Koroška reach) — Drava leaving Dravograd

Slovenia's second river, and structurally different from everything else in this pack: broad, warmer, heavily hydro-regulated water through Koroška and on towards Maribor and Ptuj, with a flow behaviour unlike anything else currently modelled here — dam-driven rather than rainfall-driven.

About this water

Slovenia's second river, and structurally different from everything else in this pack: broad, warmer, heavily hydro-regulated water through Koroška and on towards Maribor and Ptuj, with a flow behaviour unlike anything else currently modelled here — dam-driven rather than rainfall-driven. Grayling, brown trout, huchen and rainbow share it with nase, barbel, pike, zander, catfish, asp and burbot. Five clubs manage the length between them: RD Koroška, RD Radlje, RD Ruše, RD Maribor and RD Ptuj.
