The Reka does the same underground disappearing act as the Unica, if rather more famously — it flows into Škocjan Caves and vanishes, which is one of the more dramatic ways a river can end a day's fishing. The upper reaches above the cave system hold brown trout in water that's fishable on its own merits, geological theatrics aside, though it's fair to say the caves are the reason most people learn this river's name in the first place.
